Till now, Jaycee Dugard is suffering from mental anguish. She was kidnapped for 18 years and raped by Phillip Garrido. Now, the victim is being abused by the ostensible sale of her and her daughters’ illegitimate photographs to media channels, as told by the spokeswoman of Ms. Dugard.

Ms. Dugard was kidnapped in 1991 when she was 11 years old. The lawsuit was filed against the culprit. But, the defence lawyer of the offender is endeavouring to rescue him by declaring him mentally unfit for the trails.

As stated by Nancy Seltzer to KCRA 3 on Friday, the pictures were captured last weekend. It is not confirmed who took the photographs, but it is being sold by a U.S. photo agency. She further added that two tabloid magazines also published the pictures of Ms. Dugard and her daughters, with faces blur.

Garrido’s shameless activity came to light last month when he was questioned by University of California, Berkeley officers and by his parole officer. He raped the victim frequently for almost two decades. Dugard gave birth to two daughters of Garrido in captivity.

A number of charges have been inflicted on Garrido and his wife, Nancy in cases relating to kidnapping and raping.

“There still is a question over whether officials will seek a psychological exam of Garrido before the case goes forward”, said El Dorado, Superior Court Judge. The first round of hearing of the case would be held on October 7.
